What is speed networking? I am glad you asked. Well, for the most part it is much like speed dating; not that I have partaken in speed dating, but from what I have seen ;0 )
Here is a brief article about a speed networking event that took place here in Savannah a few days ago. It was pretty intense. I walked away with about 4 viable leads. And I must admit - it was fun trying to communicate what Nicasio does in 45 seconds.
I was recently interviewed for a tech magazine article. Well, the day arrived when the article was publish - and as I sat back and read it I could not believe how often the writer mis-quoted me.

Lesson learned:
Next time someone writes an article, I will insist that I’d be allowed to proof read it for accuracy~

We are proud to announce the launch of our second A La Carte online order restaurant; Polk’s Fresh Market.
The Challenge:
Polk’s needed a way to feature its daily menu to its customers - outside of faxing it to them.
Solution:
A La Carte online order system! We have facilitated the creation of Polk’s Daily Menu online giving Polk’s customers access to the daily menu, place orders, and optin for future specials via email marketing efforts. So, no more paper faxes! Nicasio Design saving the planet one tree at a time!

We have launched a local Savannah Based non-profit orginization.
Problem: The orginization was not happy with their old design, and needed a way to highlight their main activities.
Solution: Word Press was used to handle the required CMS needs while at the same time we presented them with a new design concept which highlighted their events. The customer is well pleased with this solution.

Well after many long hours of design, development & programming Nicasio & Paragon have launched the new Savannah Magazine web site.
Many thanks to the folks over at Savannah Magazine for their patience, and perseverance. We know this can be a long hard road for both customer and design firm, but they were as wonderful and gracious as their magazine is unique. See y’all at the launch party!
Also, many thanks to the team at Gauge Interactive for providing the back-bone/ hosting infrastructure to power this baby.
